What is the www.every1canplay.com campaign?

Through our www.every1canplay.com campaign, we contribute and encourage contribution to youth sports opportunities around the world. We believe sports can help build positive self-esteem and healthy habits. When you partner with us on a project – you are partnering with us in our vision to make the world a better place - one playground, ball field, basketball court, or football field at a time.

What are the Artwork Requirements for Team Product?

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product. In order to assure this quality, all logos must be vector art and provided in an illustrator format, version CS2 or lower. Jpegs, placed images, or low resolution files are not acceptable as they result in poor quality reproduction.

If you need help preparing the artwork, graphic design services are available for an additional charge. Lead time does not begin until artwork has been approved.

What are the Delivery and Lead Times?

Most personalized products deliver in 2-3 weeks from approved artwork. Some products do allow for a RUSH production at a fee. Larger quantity orders for special events should be placed well in advance, to provide adequate production and shipping time.

What is the FOB Shipping Point and what are the Freight Charges?

Our headquarters are in Arvada, Colorado. However, if it is of benefit to you, we will sometimes have your product drop shipped to you from our suppliers. All orders are subject to shipping and handling fees. Retail Shipping and Handling charges apply as delivered to your location.

What if my organization is Tax Exempt?

What Payment Methods do you accept and do you offer Terms?

We accept Master Card, VISA, and American Express. We also accept company checks that are federal expressed to our office location. However, this might cause delay in the shipment of your order. We will provide 30 day net terms to corporate accounts with positive credit references and history.

Customer Service

We provide personalized service that builds trust and loyalty.

Do you offer Samples?

Atlas Sports will provide a sample for the piece price. This charge will be credited to resulting order invoice. Any shipping, FedEx, or run charges are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your Returns and Cancellations Policy?

Most products in our offering are personalized. It is important that any changes take place before imprinting or embellishment is applied. Atlas Sports will work with you to make sure your order is placed as you desire. Atlas Sports stands behind the quality of every product we sell. We will replace any product that is defective or damaged in transit from Atlas Sports or in drop ship to our customer. Please contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ACCEPTING DELIVERY for prompt replacement. A return authorization code is required. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have been cancelled will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation confirmation has been issued. Once orders are in production there are no cancellations. RUSH orders cannot be cancelled.

Do you sell my contact information?

Altas Sports, LLC does not currently share any of your business or personal information with anyone or any outside company.
