Custom Wheel Building
Atlas Sports Wheelbuilding program was founded with the goals of building the industries best wheels and providing outstanding service to our customers. We take those goals seriously.
Our traditional handbuilt bicycle wheels are the most durable, lightest, aerodynamic, serviceable, long-lasting wheels you can buy. They are superior to any of the current low spoke-count, machine built wheels on the market today. Its not just about cost and weight, its about quality, serviceability and life expectancy.
Custom built wheels require custom conversations with the wheel builder. Clicking the mouse and checking the box is a start but, before building your wheels, we need to ask you some questions about wheel application, you, your riding style. Once the requirements gathering process is completed we then will provide you a price quote.

Warranty, Returns & Repairs
Atlas sports guarantees all hand built wheels to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year after original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only. We proudly stand behind all our products and if you're not 100% happy with something we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
If there is any problem with workmanship, we'll fix it at no charge to you.
Stuff happens. If you crash, run into a pothole, back your car into your bike, or do anything else to damage your Wheel we can usually repair it. We do repairs as quickly as possible and at reasonable rates.
Lifetime Truing
Free lifetime truing for all custom-built wheels. We can confidently make this offer because a well-built wheel shouldn't need to be retouched after it leaves the builder's stand.
There's a common misconception that you need to bring back a hand built wheel after a break-in period for a "touch up." While it's possible that a wheel may need a slight adjustment from time to time, that is absolutely the exception, not the rule. Builders who require this extra step don't understand the spoke stress relieving process. The spoke tension is uniformly balanced and set at a standard well beyond industry-tolerated values.
